These Terms describe the terms applicable to the services and content offered through the website WWW.ELTOCADORVINTAGE.COM and govern the legal relationship between EL TOCADOR VINTAGE S.L and the customer.

The prices of the products are those indicated in the attached description. All prices indicated in the product description are expressed in Euro currency (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Terms and conditions of shipment
EL TOCADOR VINTAGE ships its products internationally.
The purchase is subject to payment of shipping costs, at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the total amount of the order, the costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check how much are the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase.
EL TOCADOR VINTAGE will not be responsible for the delay in delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure.
We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be late customs clearance of the order. That is why you will have to assume this cost in case it exists.
It is possible that if a package has to go through customs, this could cause a delay in the shipping time.
The delivery will be made by the transport company Genei, which works with multiple transport companies always choosing the best one so that the package arrives at its destination without any problem.

– INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- 5/15 working days
Consumer goods warranty
As a customer, you are considered a consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”).
Consequently, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your decision during the fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the purchased good or from the conclusion of the contract if it is a provision of services.
You must express your intention to withdraw within the period indicated and proceed to return the product, reimbursing the price paid.
If you have problems with products or services purchased on this website you can file a claim through the dispute resolution platform of the European Union. EL TOCADOR VINTAGE S.L. reserves the right to refuse to accept the claim filed through the platform.
Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision, and these General Conditions shall survive in all other respects, and such provision shall be deemed not to be included.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These conditions are governed in accordance with Spanish law. EL TOCADOR VINTAGE S.L and the user agree to submit any disputes that may arise in connection with the procurement of products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the User.
