Exclusive return policy for online store
These conditions are only for online purchases, in the physical store no returns or exchanges are allowed, due to store policy.
You have 14 calendar days to exchange or return your total or partial purchase. The return or exchange will be made in the format selected in the form of changes and returns.
These options consist of exchanging some items for others, size or color change, return in discount voucher, or withdrawal of your purchase.
In order to return any dress, it must keep the original security seal intact and its original label, otherwise the return will not be accepted in any case.
In costume jewelry products (earrings), for hygiene reasons and because we can not ensure that these products have not been used, no exchanges or returns are accepted.
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, assuming the risk that the product must arrive in perfect condition.
You must send us the order in the same conditions in which you received it, with its original packaging and without any sign of use or deterioration.
How to request an exchange or return of a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, size or model, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
To do this, you must enter our website and download the return or exchange form. Fill in your form and send it to the e-mail address email@example.com indicating in the subject “PRODUCT RETURN” or “PRODUCT EXCHANGE” followed by the “ORDER NUMBER”.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if you remove the garment’s security tag or original tag (including defects).
Within a maximum of 24/48 hours after your return request, we will respond to validate the form, and give the ok to your shipment.
While we answer you, print the return or exchange form and insert it in the box along with the dress perfectly packed and protected, in its original packaging. Once we validate the return or exchange, you must send us the package (always within 14 calendar days).
Once the package arrives and we check that it is in perfect condition, with its seals and labels, we will send you the discount voucher, or send you new products, within a maximum of another 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
In case of withdrawal of your purchase send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject “WITHDRAWAL” followed by your order number. Please note that you have 14 calendar days to carry out this procedure and dispose of your garment.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your dress to make any change of size or model.
You must notify us within this period of your intention to change by sending an email to email@example.com, indicating in the subject “SIZE CHANGE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGE” followed by your “ORDER NUMBER” and specifying in the email, which size you want to make the change or for which other product and size to check availability.
You must download from our website the return or exchange form, fill in all the information and enclose it in the box with your dress.
If it is a size exchange, one garment will be exchanged for another as soon as we receive the initial product.
If the exchange is for different products, once your initial garment arrives, we will send you a discount code for the value of the product to be exchanged so you can make a new purchase, and deduct the amount already paid.
Return for tare or damage
In El Tocador Vintage we work to ensure that all items we sell and ship are in the best possible condition, therefore, all garments will be checked before shipment.
(All rhinestone dresses are handmade and there is always a tendency for some stones to fall out when you take it out or try it on, this is totally normal in all rhinestone garments and is not considered a defect *except exceptions).
If, exceptionally, you have received a garment with any damage, please contact us through our e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the damage to the garment.
Please note that after 48 hours from the receipt of the package no claim will be accepted for any defect or defect, and the item may be rejected for return.
How to prepare my package
To make the return or exchange, the returned garment must be in perfect condition and with both its security label and product label on and intact.
You have to send the garment in its original packaging and wrapped so that it does not suffer any damage during the process of return to the store.
Do not forget to include in the package the return or exchange form (which you can download from our website).
You can choose the carrier of your choice for the shipment (make sure you have the tracking number to guarantee the arrival of the package). Make sure that the package leaves before the 14 calendar days for its return.
The store is not responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges.

The purchase is subject to payment of shipping costs, at the expense of the buyer. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the total amount of the order, the costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and you can check how much are the shipping costs before finalizing the purchase.
EL TOCADOR VINTAGE will not be responsible for the delay in delivery of orders for reasons not attributable to it, as well as fortuitous cases or force majeure.
We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be late customs clearance of the order. That is why you will have to assume this cost in case it exists.
It is possible that if a package has to go through customs, this could cause a delay in the shipping time.
The delivery will be made by the transport company Genei, which works with multiple transport companies always choosing the best one so that the package arrives at its destination without any problem.
